Position
This role supports visual merchandising for store windows, launches and events - coordinating samples and third-party vendors, tracking artifacts and installation pieces, and making sure every display actually looks like JADE when it's done.

Job responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing VM for store launches and in-store events
- Coordinate sample approvals for displays and print materials against timelines
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for window displays and installations
- Track and maintain an inventory log of artifacts and installation pieces
- Provide on-site support during events and shoots
Profile
- 1-3 years in visual merchandising or event coordination
- Strong eye for aesthetic detail and installation quality
- Comfortable managing multiple vendors and timelines at once
- Bonus: experience with event management
