Position
This role owns a single store's full operation - sales targets, staffing, inventory, visual merchandising, and the day-to-day customer experience that makes JADE feel like JADE at the point of sale.

Job responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Train, motivate and manage store staff, including performance reviews
- Manage inventory levels and minimise shrinkage through control measures
- Oversee visual merchandising to keep the store on-brand and fresh
- Manage the store budget and operational compliance
Profile
- 3-6 years in retail management, ideally fashion or luxury
- Proven record hitting sales targets and managing a team
- Comfortable owning inventory accuracy and loss prevention
- Strong eye for visual merchandising standards
