Assistant Store Manager
Support store sales, staff training and daily operations under the Store Manager.
Position
This role supports day-to-day store operations - sales performance, staff coordination, inventory checks and visual merchandising - as the second-in-command who keeps the floor running smoothly.

Job responsibilities
- Support sales target achievement and monitor daily/weekly performance
- Help resolve customer complaints and maintain service standards
- Conduct inventory checks and coordinate with merchandisers on stock
- Support visual merchandising updates for new arrivals and seasonal collections
- Assist with cash management and store opening/closing procedures
Profile
- 2-4 years in retail, ideally fashion or luxury
- Comfortable stepping into a leadership role on the floor
- Detail-oriented with inventory and cash handling
- Customer-first instincts under pressure
