Job responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while mentoring newer team members
- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients, tracking their preferences
- Maintain deep product and trend knowledge to guide customer decisions
- Support inventory, visual merchandising and stocktaking procedures
- Generate sales and feedback reports to inform strategy
Profile
- 3-6 years in luxury or premium fashion retail
- Demonstrated experience building repeat clientele
- Comfortable training and mentoring junior team members
- Strong reporting and feedback discipline
