Data Entry Operator (OMS)
Keep order data accurate across the OMS so nothing gets lost between client, production and dispatch.
Position
This role owns the order management system's daily accuracy - tracking pending orders across clients, production and sampling, verifying GRNs and QC handoffs, and training new joiners on the system so data stays clean.

Job responsibilities
- Monitor dashboards for pending orders across clients, production and sampling
- Ensure timely GRN generation and correct handling of job orders through to dispatch
- Train new joiners on OMS software, process and management-related tasks
- Manage employee exit handovers of pending orders/PCs
- Track and follow up on regional order dashboards and swatch production output
Profile
- 1-3 years in operations, order management or data entry, ideally with an OMS/ERP system
- Comfortable owning a daily dashboard with real accountability for accuracy
- Organised and reliable with repetitive detail-heavy tracking work
- Clear communicator for daily follow-ups across teams
