Purchase & Raw Material Manager
Run the raw material store that every collection sources fabric and trims from.
Position
This role owns raw material inventory end to end - receipts, issues, stock reporting, and forecasting for production and sampling - so the studio and factory floor never stall waiting on fabric that should already be in stock.

Job responsibilities
- Oversee receipt and issue of raw materials, coordinating with production and sampling teams
- Forecast material requirements to keep stock available without overstocking
- Generate weekly and monthly stock reports and maintain the inventory system
- Run stock audits and report discrepancies for resolution
- Maintain raw material coding, vendor records and daily rejection/issue reports
Profile
- 4-8 years in inventory, purchase or raw material management, ideally in garment manufacturing
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with inventory tracking software
- Sharp attention to detail for quality checks and record accuracy
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating terms
