Be the final check between a finished client piece and the store or client it ships to.
Position
This role sits right before dispatch - checking client pieces against measurements, embroidery and spec sheets, coordinating with stores on approvals, and keeping orders moving to their delivery dates without quality slipping through.

Job responsibilities
- Final-check client pieces against measurements, embroidery, fabric and spec sheets
- Coordinate with store teams on approvals and order updates
- Track ongoing orders against delivery dates and flag anything at risk
- Escalate discrepancies to the right department before they become delays
- Coordinate with the finished goods team on dispatches, including international client measurement images
Profile
- 1-3 years in merchandising, quality checking or order coordination in fashion
- Sharp eye for measurement, embroidery and fabric accuracy
- Comfortable coordinating across stores, QC and production on tight timelines
- Organised under deadline pressure
