Senior Designer
Run design, team and P&L accountability for Couture/Bridal, Sarees and celebrity dressing, reporting directly to JADE's Creative Director.
Position
This is a leadership seat inside the design studio, owning three verticals end to end - Couture/Bridal, Sarees, and celebrity dressing - from concept through sampling, production and store performance. You'll set direction for a team, sign off on client escalations, and be in the room for range planning with the Creative Director and National Retail Head.
We need someone who can hold both the craft and the commercial side of a collection at once.

Job responsibilities
- Own collection development, trend research and technical design across Couture/Bridal, Sarees and celebrity dressing
- Lead, mentor and evaluate the design team dedicated to these verticals
- Handle client customization requests and escalations directly, including for VIP and celebrity clients
- Partner with the Creative Director and National Retail Head on range planning for stores
- Own timely execution from concept to production, and analyse each collection's performance and profitability
Profile
- 6-10+ years in fashion design, with real ownership of collections end to end, not just design execution
- Proven experience managing a design team and vendor relationships
- Fluent in technical specification, costing, and production handoff
- Comfortable representing design decisions directly to clients, including high-profile ones
