Position
The CAD team is where a design's embroidery and print placement gets turned into files production can actually execute from - khakas for embroidery tracing, standard-size conversions, client customizations. This role leads that team and owns the handoff quality between design and the factory floor.

Job responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the CAD team against deadlines and quality standards
- Create CADs for new samples, converting them to standard sizes for brand-level production
- Customize CADs for client requests and size gradation, including merging motifs for special orders
- Build CAD layouts in coordination with design, merchandising and the master pattern maker to minimise fabric wastage
- Create show and event layouts (invites, ramp layouts, seating, backdrop placements) as needed
Profile
- 3-6 years of hands-on CAD experience in fashion or textile production
- Deep comfort with embroidery placement, motif work, and shrinkage allowances for embroidery
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Strong coordination skills across design, merchandising and production
