Design & Merchandising Intern
Sit inside the studio for a season and learn how a sketch actually becomes a garment on time and on budget.
Position
This internship sits at the join between design and merchandising - you'll help build mood, concept and colour boards for real collections, then track those same pieces through vendors, costing and production so you see the whole arc, not just the pretty part.
We're looking for someone who wants floor time, not a portfolio-building exercise.

Job responsibilities
- Support concept, swatch and colour board development for seasonal collections using Procreate and physical swatching
- Draft collection notes that keep stores, merchandising and marketing aligned on what's actually shipping
- Track garment costing across fabric, trims and embroidery, and flag anything drifting off budget
- Coordinate with embroidery and stitching vendors on quality and turnaround
- Maintain accurate documentation as pieces move from concept to sample to production
Profile
- Currently studying or recently graduated in fashion design, merchandising, or a related field
- Comfortable with Procreate or similar digital sketching tools
- Organised - this role lives and dies on accurate notes and timelines
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai for the internship
