Own onboarding, engagement and well-being for everyone who works at JADE.
Position
This role owns the employee experience end to end - onboarding, engagement measurement, well-being initiatives, recognition programs and HR policy compliance - for a workforce that spans studio, retail and factory floor.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and run employee engagement strategies, measured through surveys and feedback
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding and orientation process
- Design employee recognition and well-being programs
- Ensure HR policies stay compliant with employment law
- Track engagement, satisfaction and retention metrics and report on them
Profile
- 3-6 years in HR, employee experience or people operations
- Experience designing onboarding or engagement programs from scratch
- Working knowledge of Indian employment law and HR compliance
- Comfortable working across very different employee groups - studio, retail, factory
