Senior Accounts Manager
Own the monthly close and financial statement accuracy end to end.
Position
This role owns the monthly financial close process - journal entries, reconciliations, reporting - and has final authority over the chart of accounts and how transactions get classified, working closely with external auditors and tax.

Job responsibilities
- Manage the monthly financial close, including journal entry review and account reconciliations
- Own hierarchy and accuracy of the chart of accounts and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax and treasury for coordinated year-end reporting
- Prepare variance analysis and financial statement summaries for management
Profile
- 6-10 years in accounting, with month-end close ownership
- Strong command of accounting standards and internal controls
- Experience working directly with external auditors
- Comfortable owning classification decisions with real authority, not just process
