Position
This is the senior finance seat - setting financial strategy, managing cash flow and cost, ensuring compliance, and advising the executive team on the financial implications of new collections, stores and expansion decisions.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy, budgets and forecasts
- Manage cash flow, working capital and cost control across the business
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
- Evaluate investment and financing decisions, and manage capital structure
- Lead and mentor the finance team, and contribute to overall strategic planning
Profile
- 10-15 years in finance, MBA in Finance or CA qualified
- Proven experience owning financial strategy for a growing business
- Strong grasp of cash flow, cost management and compliance
- Comfortable advising founders/executives directly on financial trade-offs
