Raw Material Store Executive
Run the raw material warehouse - receipts, issues, GRNs and stock - so nothing stalls production.
Position
This role manages the raw material store day to day: receiving and issuing fabric, borders and trims against job orders, tracking GRNs against purchase orders, and keeping the warehouse organised enough that anyone can find what they need, fast.

Job responsibilities
- Handle receipt and issue of raw materials against job orders and purchase orders
- Track GRNs and issues to prevent overstocking or shortages
- Generate weekly and monthly stock reports and maintain the inventory system
- Create and maintain raw material codes for new stock
- Keep the store clean, organised and audit-ready, with daily rejection and issue reporting
Profile
- 3-5 years in inventory or warehouse management, ideally in garment manufacturing
- Strong organisational skills and comfort with physical stock handling
- Working knowledge of procurement and quality-check processes for raw materials
- Reliable record-keeping under daily operational pressure
