Position
This role analyses inventory data across the business, builds structured reports, and helps other teams make sense of what's actually in stock versus what the system says - a data seat inside a very physical business.

Job responsibilities
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Generate comprehensive, well-structured inventory reports
- Maintain and troubleshoot inventory software and tools
- Draft clear, professional communication on inventory issues
- Support both production and sampling teams with accurate stock visibility
Profile
- 1-2 years analysing data, ideally with garment or fashion industry exposure
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Clear written communication for cross-team coordination
- Comfort learning inventory-specific software tools
