Own finished goods inventory, dispatch and logistics across stores and shoots.
Position
This role runs the finished goods warehouse - inventory audits, dispatch, e-way bills and delivery challans - and coordinates logistics across stores, shoots and international couriers, leading a small warehouse and logistics team.

Job responsibilities
- Maintain and audit finished goods inventory, keeping negative stock at zero
- Manage internal inward/outward receipts and daily QC in-warding
- Handle production dispatch, e-way bills and delivery challans
- Coordinate logistics and transportation, including international courier bookings
- Lead the warehouse and logistics team, and manage petty cash for the function
Profile
- 3-6 years in warehouse, logistics or finished goods inventory management
- Experience with e-way bills, delivery documentation and courier coordination
- Comfortable leading a small team and being accountable for stock accuracy
- Organised and calm under shoot/event-driven urgency
