MIS Executive

Position
This role owns data collection, reporting and database maintenance across the business - building the dashboards and reports that let other departments make decisions with real numbers instead of guesses.

Job responsibilities
- Ensure accurate, secure collection and storage of business data
- Generate and customise regular and ad-hoc reports for departments
- Maintain and clean databases, implementing validation processes
- Build dashboards and visualisations that make data usable, not just accurate
- Manage relationships with data/reporting vendors where relevant
Profile
- 2-4 years in MIS, reporting or data analysis
- Strong Excel skills; comfort with dashboarding tools is a plus
- Ability to translate messy data into a clear, decision-ready report
- Comfortable working across departments with different data needs
