Position
This is the senior production seat - owning planning, scheduling, quality control, vendor relationships and team leadership across the factory, with real accountability for cost, timelines and product quality.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans and schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Implement and oversee quality control processes and standards
- Manage production budgets, finding cost efficiencies without compromising quality
- Build and maintain supplier and vendor relationships
- Lead and develop the production team, and drive continuous process improvement
Profile
- 10+ years in fashion or apparel production management
- Deep understanding of supply chain and production technology (CAD/PLM exposure a plus)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proven ability to manage cost and quality trade-offs at scale
