Own quality assurance strategy and the QC team across every stitching unit and job worker.
Position
This is the senior QC seat - setting quality standards and inspection procedures, leading the QC team, and working directly with in-house stitching units and job workers to fix recurring defects at the source, not just catch them at the end.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategy, standards and inspection procedures
- Oversee QC processes and reporting across final QC, in-line QC and finishing teams
- Analyse defects to find root causes and implement corrective action
- Lead, train and develop the quality control team
- Assess and improve the quality performance of in-house units and job workers
Profile
- 10+ years in quality control/assurance in garments, ideally heavy embroidered woven garments
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles and quality standards
- Proven leadership managing a QC team across multiple production units
- Calm, decisive problem-solving under production pressure
