Job responsibilities
- Conduct market research and support content creation across channels
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
- Support social media management and monitor performance
- Help maintain customer data for targeted marketing efforts
- Track KPIs and provide reporting to the marketing team
Profile
- 1-2 years in a marketing support or coordinator role
- Comfortable managing multiple small workstreams at once
- Basic analytics literacy
- Organised, with strong follow-through on logistics
